Our animals are very important to us. They are part of the family, and are treated to the good life while they are with us. Our habitats are specially chosen and appointed to meet their individual needs and allow them to express their innate personalities, whether that is room for chickens to roll and scratch, or a cooling mud wallow, and lots of fresh earth for our pigs to root. Goats are raised on pasture, with plenty of native grasses and saplings to forage. And they all give back to the land, helping to regenerate this space, and create a more fertile ecosystem and a sustainable future. Chickens are processed here on farm, and sold whole. Pigs and goats are butchered at a USDA certified and inspected facility and carry the USDA stamp.
We believe our meat is just about as ethical as meat can be.
