We pick and preserve our fruits at the peak of ripeness.

The result tastes like summer in a jar.

We use our own fruits grown here on the farm where possible. Our offerings change over the season and include the old standards like strawberry and concord grape, to the more unusual, such as tart cherry and red currant.

Things we can’t meet the demand for are purchased from local farms. More exotic products, such as peach and citrus are organic where possible, and sourced in ways that support local businesses.
